Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Customer Service
Manager. This hybrid role will require you to lead our customer service operations while also
supporting our sales activities. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, possess
excellent communication skills, and have a knack for sales administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Manager (70%):
- Oversee and manage the customer service team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
- Train, mentor, and support customer service staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor and report on customer service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and streamline service delivery.

Sales Administrator (30%):
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotes,processing orders, and managing customer accounts.
- Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with customers to schedule services and manage bookings.
- Support marketing efforts by assisting with promotional activities and customer
outreach.
- Manage and update the customer database, ensuring all information is current and
accurate.
- Perform any other administrative duties as required to support the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service management and sales administration.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing issues.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
